Q: How do you ship?

A:We offer two different methods of shipping, UPS and USPS.

Q: What form of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Q: How long until I can expect shipment?

A: Most products ship next day unless we need to special order something that is not in stock. Depending on which shipping method you choose, will determine how long it takes to receive shipment.

Q: What if I have a question on a product?

A: The quickest way to get an answer about a product is to email us. However, you can always call and leave a number if we are unable to answer at that time, and we will respond as soon as possible. See our contact page for email and phone information.

Q: What is your policy for returns?

A: All unopened products are available for return within 30 days. Any return on an opened item is available for credit only.

Q: How do I return products?

A: If you need to return items please contact us and we will walk you through the process.

Q: What if something is missing/wrong with my order?

A: We always try to make sure we have your order correct and complete, but if we made a mistake, please alert us right away so we can correct it.

Q: What if something is damaged in my order?

A: Contact us immediately. Please note that ripped packaging and dented bottles are NOT considered damaged products.

Q:Why is your website name different than your physical store name?

A: We wanted to keep our online website as a separate business, though anything you see on this website is available at our store if you live in Las Vegas or are visiting.
